Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in brand-new, resaleable condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
